On a crisp evening in Brooklyn, NY, under the ambient glow of an Italian bistro’s lights, Dan Carotenuto and Jason Harvey reconnected over a shared passion for innovation. As lifelong friends and seasoned professionals with decades of experience across strategy, technology, and operations, their conversation naturally veered toward the transformative potential of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
They quickly realized the immense opportunities to empower businesses of all sizes by leveraging cutting-edge AI to drive growth and efficiency.

Dan is a seasoned product management executive with over 25 years of experience driving business growth through innovative technology solutions, strategic planning, and customer-centric product development. His expertise spans AI, data science, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering scalable products that reduce operational costs and generate multimillion-dollar revenue growth across industries such as finance, healthcare, legal services, retail, entertainment and real estate.
A graduate of MIT’s Applied Data Science Program, Dan seamlessly integrates advanced AI technologies with strategic leadership to optimize business operations and decision-making for small to medium and large enterprises.​
Dan's passions include sculpting, sketching, fitness, culinary arts, and following the evolving world of chess, where he draws inspiration from grandmasters like Hikaru Nakamura and Magnus Carlsen.
Jason Harvey
Head of Technology and Operations
Jason is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in top-tier financial services firms, spanning technology, sales and trading, operations, and risk management. A Princeton graduate, Jason combines deep expertise in complex financial products—including mortgages, credit, and fixed-income derivatives—with a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence on a global scale.
An articulate communicator, motivator and public speaker, Jason excels at simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences, building high-performing teams, and delivering transformative results. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4 certified), Jason brings a global perspective and innovative mindset to every endeavor.


Beyond his professional pursuits, Jason is passionate about health and fitness, exercising daily and often experimenting with "anabolic" recipes in the kitchen that combine creativity and nutritional science.
